❋ The Evening Walk.Ten minutes after dinner. Outside. Phone down or call someone.
Ask: What was today?
Walk with someone, or walk alone.
Just walk.
❋ Good night.Wash your face.
Two pumps.
Dab into your face and gently rub.
One full breath.
Thirty seconds looking at yourself.
Ask: What was I most proud of today?
